Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Arab Land Bank (EALB) has increased its loan portfolio to EGP 21 billion from EGP 10.5 billion at the end of fiscal year 2019/2020, the Chairman Medhat Kamar told Mubasher.
The bank’s non-performing loans (NPLs) fell to 3.6% from 6.1% to account for 20% of total loans from 60%, Kamar added.
The lender is planning to develop its assets and enter into partnerships with several companies to develop the bank’s assets in the upcoming period, he revealed.
